Elevating Engagement: How Community’s Website Became a Growth Engine
Community is a dynamic platform focused on connecting people meaningfully through digital experiences. They recognised the need to modernise their website to improve user engagement and better integrate with their marketing systems.
The Challenge
Community’s existing WebFlow website lacked a clear, intuitive user journey and did not sufficiently leverage HubSpot’s marketing capabilities. The site’s load times were slower than ideal, generating friction for users and limiting organic search performance. Additionally, the company needed a website redesign that respected the existing brand style while enabling better content management and marketing attribution.
How Todl Helped
We conducted a detailed UX analysis to map out Community’s different Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs) and their specific user journeys. This informed a redesigned site architecture and new wireframes for 7-10 page layouts supporting various content types.
Next, we designed and built a custom HubSpot CMS theme complete with a reusable component library, allowing Community to quickly create landing pages and other marketing assets while maintaining a consistent style and tone.
As part of the solution, we rewrote approximately 30 pages of copy, including the homepage, top-level product pages, and about us sections. The homepage’s animation was recreated to tell Community’s story more compellingly. The new build integrated tightly with HubSpot Marketing Hub, enabling end-to-end attribution, lead scoring, and faster load times that enhance both user experience and SEO.
The Result
Community now has a slick, user-focused website that drives clearer, more engaging journeys across all ICPs. Marketing teams can track campaigns and leads more effectively through HubSpot’s integrated tools. The improved performance and structure have led to reduced user friction and better organic search visibility. Overall, the new custom-built site supports Community’s evolving marketing objectives and scales seamlessly with future growth.
